actually i made this when i was in the kick of making a bunch of stencils...

ive tried those clear transpearencies (sp?) for over head projectors but those are pretty flimsy

and just bouncing around from different things

i settled on thick photo paper that can be picked up at any office max or office supply store

i transfered the image to computer then printed it out to how big i want - then taped them all together with a thick masking tape and used an exacto knife to cut
---- if your new to making stencils, i recommend using a self healing board to cut on, and that can be picked up at any hobby or arts and crafts store

and remember to make "bridges" in the design your making, other wise it will be flimsy or just not work at all

good luck!

!
not a n3wb at making stencils so i am aware of the bridging process
i have just been recently working on bigger peieces that the normal scrap pieces of cardboard were not cutting it

would you suppose to poster boards glued together work?
im kind of low on money at the moment
